Stage 1

Review

Once we've received your application, a member of the hiring team will review it. If you're a potential match for the role, we will be in touch to arrange next steps. 
Stage 2

Customer Service Situational Judgment Test

Stage 3

Assessment Centre

Our assessment centre will consist of a competency based interview, group activity and test paper over the span of a morning or afternoon session.
Stage 4

Psychometric Assessment

If passed the assessment centre day, candidates will proceed to the next stage of completing psychometric tests - necessary due to the nature of the role.
Stage 5

Offer

If successful with the psychometric tests, then there will be the offer of the job role. This offer is subject to the passing of medical test, drugs and alcohol test, and providing satisfactory references. 
Stage 6

Hired

Invitation to our onboarding portal will be sent out.
