Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Review
Once we've received your application, a member of the hiring team will review it. If you're a potential match for the role, we will be in touch to arrange next steps.
- Stage 2
Assessment Centre
Our assessment centre will consist of a competency based interview, group activity and test paper over the span of either of day or half day session.
- Stage 3
Offer
If successful from the assessment day, then there will be the offer of the job role. This offer is subject to the passing of medical test, drugs and alcohol test, and providing satisfactory references.
- Stage 4
Hired
Invitation to our onboarding portal will be sent out.
