“Leaving a background in operations at another train operating company, I joined Merseyrail’s HR department in 2022. Although it was a complete career change, I immediately felt welcomed, not just by a knowledgeable and friendly team, but by the business as a whole.
 
I work as a People Analytics Advisor, analysing data and trends in the workforce such as sickness, E, D & I measures, and supporting internal/external requests by producing data driven evidence and results.
