Responsible for managing the day to day responsibilities of operating the OBC Department across all 3 shifts during the week.

This company has offered me a chance to progress and I have seen many others progress to various roles across the business. Merseyrail offers great benefits and health checks alongside giving praise and appreciation to it's employees.

I have been at Merseyrail since October 2017 and have always been within the OBC Department. In 2021 I became the first Team Leader for the department. I then in 2022 applied for the management position and have since stayed in this role. I take great pride in my job and wanting to show that i can lead from the front and make the workplace a positive and constructive one.
