Meet Ste, Head of Stations

“The purpose of the Head of Stations role is to lead, motivate, and inspire the station management, revenue protection, and prosecutions teams to coach and support their team, lead by example in the delivery of exceptional customer service, and help to reduce ticketless travel - all whilst ensuring smooth station operations.

The role also includes overseeing the implementation of the Customer Services Proposition and station strategy, developing action plans to enhance employee engagement, and ensuring effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires managing a significant payroll budget, handling station resources, managing trade union relations, and delivering on key performance indicators, including safety, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.”
